Shipping policy

Free on every order. We ship within the United States.

When it arrives

Every set is printed and framed after you order it, at a facility in the United States, and then it travels to you. Production starts the day the order is placed.

Most orders arrive within 4–6 business days. Your set leaves us within one business day of your order, and we'll email you tracking for each parcel.

It arrives in more than one box

Five framed pieces don't fit in a single carton — each one is packed and protected separately — so your order ships as two parcels, each with its own tracking number. Both leave from inside the United States.

Occasionally one parcel lags behind the other. If one hasn't turned up three business days after the first, email hello@mauvegabriel.com and we'll chase it.

Each print is sealed behind shatterproof acrylic, which is part of why they travel well.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph it and send it to hello@mauvegabriel.com. We'll put a replacement for that piece into production straight away, at no cost. Don't send the damaged piece back — see our returns policy.

Where we ship

The United States, for now. If you're somewhere else and you want a set, email us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it properly.
